In general the plant consists of 3 vessels (1x50 l, 2 x 20 hl), a pump, sterile aeration and volume monitoring. The sterilizer is equipped with heatable bottom as well as cooling jacket whereas both propagators are only equipped with cooling jacket. The plant is heated by steam, and cooled by cold water or glycol / brine.
