The required space for a complete pub-brewery
(Brewhouse Cooling System, and 3 Fermenting
and Storage tanks) typ GHB-5 is only 25 m².
The total space can be divided over several rooms.
Copper-Brewhouse and Fermenting and Storage-
tanks in copper or stainless steel as optical most
attractive components can be installed in the guest
room. The other components like heat-exchanger,
cooling system and other can be installed in the
cellar, not visible for your guests. The next
larger Pub-Brewery has a capacity of 10 hl and
needs a space of 35 m².
With our high-capacity brewhouses
you can brew in 1-3 shift operation
in high-quality wort because complete
brewing process needs a time of only
5-6 hours. The brewhouse is a unit
which combines for devices in compact
construction:
- mash-kettle
- lauter tun
- wort-kettle
- whirlpool
